Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent. Upon hearing the learned counsel for respective parties, it appears that, the respondent had challenged the order of transfer before the Tribunal. The original application was allowed. This Court while admitting the writ petition had granted interim orders in favour of present petitioners. The age of the present respondent that is original applicant before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in the year 2002 was shown to be 48 years. By now he must have already attained the age of superannuation. Nothing would survive in the present writ petition for adjudication on

In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
