When the petition is called out for hearing, none appears for the petitioner. Upon careful perusal of the prayer in the petition, it appears that the petitioner sought directions to the respondent authorities to release him on temporary bail/parole for the period of 7 days i.e. from 24.01.2016 to 30.01.2016.
