More Advocate for Respondent No.4 _______________ CORAM : R.M. BORDE & K.L. WADANE, JJ (Date : 30th March, 2017.) PER COURT :- The petitioner was admitted to M.C.A. Course in respondent No.3 institution as against a seat reserved for scheduled tribe (ST) category. The tribe certificate issued to the petitioner was referred for verification to respondent No.2 committee. However, committee has not yet decided the validation claim. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has completed the post graduation course and was also permitted to appear for the final examination. As a result of failure of the petitioner to submit the validation certificate, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 have not declared the result of the petitioner. The petitioner states that, she has paid requisite fees to respondent No.3 institute, treating herself as an

In these circumstances, we direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 to declare the result of the petitioner and if deemed necessary permit her to appear for next examination. Respondent No.2 is directed to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from today.
