After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. it transpired that for the time being, the cause of the petitioner would be served if the properties are remeasured including his own property as was indicated by the communication dated 05.10.2020 (Exh. 'R-3') on his depositing additional fees as demanded therein. 2.

The petitioner shall approach the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad and deposit necessary fees within two weeks from today whereupon, the measurement shall be carried out within six weeks therefrom.

A copy of the measurement report shall be furnished to the petitioner. 4.

The costs which have already been deposited by the State in this Court be paid to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
