The applicant-appellant, who is the original plaintiff, is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of present respondents no.2 and 3, as mentioned in the application by condoning delay of 1382 days.

Learned Counsel for respondents submits that the delay is inordinate. However, the legal representatives of the

In view of the same, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A", "B" and "C". The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. Civil Application is disposed of.
