The applicant-appellant, who is the original plaintiff, is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of present respondents no.2 and 3, as mentioned in the application by condoning the delay of 1382 days.

Learned Counsel for respondents submits that the delay is inordinate. However, the legal representatives of the

{2} 912.odt aforesaid respondents are already brought on record in the trial Court.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "A", "B" and "C". The amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
