3] We do not place this case in any particular policy but if there is any policy, which the petitioner relies upon, then, his case be considered in accordance therewith and as expeditiously as possible. Mr.Patil, learned AGP assures the Court that this representation of the petitioner which is pending shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from today.
