By order dated 05.08.2003, while granting rule, this Court continued the ad-interim order of status quo. It is not clear as to whether the suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No. 16 of 1995 is still pending before the trial court or not. However, if it is still pending, then, by consent, the status quo order would remain continued till disposal of the suit and the trial court is hereby directed to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.
