The petitioner's proposal for verification of tribe certificate was not being decided by the respondent/Scrutiny Committee. It was directed to be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks.

The learned A. G. P. on instructions submits that if the petitioner remains present before the Committee tomorrow, the Committee would take decision within a week.

The petitioner shall remain present before the Committee tomorrow.
