Learned counsel for the applicant in each of the cases files on record the true copy of the order dated 12/2/2015 passed by this Court in Civil Application no. 1239 of 2014 in FAST/959/2014 and one another Civil Application. The same is accepted on

CA-1117-2014 record in Civil Application no. 1117 of 2014 and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the present proceedings have also arisen out of the same acquisition proceedings. Delay of 2360 days and 1633 days respectively has occurred in CA/1117/2014 and CA/1240/2014, as the review applications were prosecuted in trial Court.

In the circumstances, similar order is passed. 5.

Present civil applications are allowed. Delay is condoned on the condition that the applicantsappellants should not claim any statutory interest over the amount, if any, enhanced by this Court.

Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. 7.

Present proceedings be kept with the proceedings referred at "X".
