Learned counsel for the applicants tenders across the bar a chart indicating the name of the employees (applicants herein), minimum wages difference and distribution of amount. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

It appears that in compliance with the order passed by the grievance committee, the respondent has deposited the interest amount on arrears from the date of termination of the complainants till the date of actual payment at the rate of 18% p.a. Learned counsel for the respondent sole submits that the rate of interest as levied by the grievance committee is some what excessive and same should be in consonance with the banks' rate of interest.

This application has been filed for withdrawal of the said interest amount deposited before this court. It is not disputed that the entire interest amount has been deposited before this Court. 5.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50% of the amount out of the amount deposited before this Court in terms of the entitlement as shown in the chat "X", as aforesaid. 6.
