By way of present civil application amendment is sought in the memo of writ petition thereby assailing order dated 27.02.2020.

We have heard Mr. Hon, the learned senior advocate for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and the learned Addl. G. P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

It appears that the applicant wants to assail an order passed during the pendency of writ petition. Even otherwise the non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the

In view of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of. 5.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.
