The learned Advocate for the petitioner has placed before us a copy of the Service Rules applicable to respondent No.7 Co-operative Society, from page No.82 to 100. He then refers to the appeal provision under Rule 24 which enables an aggrieved person like the petitioner to prefer an appeal within 45 days. He seeks liberty to withdraw this petition and avail of the said remedy.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn, with liberty as is prayed for. The time spent by the petitioner in this khs/Oct. 2021/8885-d

- 2 - Court from 16/01/2018 till the passing of this order, would be a good ground for condonation of delay.
