1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2] This Court had issued notices on 17th January, 2023 and granted stay to the clause no. 2 of the order dated 10.01.2023 passed by the Minister. This Court, on 20.01.2023, further corrected the order dated 17.01.2023 and stay was granted to the clause no.1 in stead of clause no.2 of the order dated 10.01.2023.

4] In view of the same, the order dated 10.01.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Minister in Revision No. वैअम-११२२/प. क. १३४/नापु २१ is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Hon'

ble Minister. The Hon'ble Minister to decide the said proceeding, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, if possible. 5] The Hon'ble Minister to decide the matter on it's own merits, considering the submissions of both the parties. 6] In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
