Heard the learned counsel for both the sides. 2.

By the present Application, the Applicant prays for restoration of Writ Petition which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections as under order dated 27.11.2024. 3.

For the reasons stated in the present Application, the same is allowed. Criminal Writ Petition No.821 of 2024 is restored to its original stage, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited in the account of "Creche-Day Care Centre, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad."
