The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.

The crime is registered on the basis of report of Ms. Swapnali Nivrutti Bhangare for the offence punishable under Sections 354(a)(d) of Indian Penal Code and Section 11(i) (iv), 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Victim girl aged 17 years, has made allegations that, the present applicant, aged 19 years, was following her and teasing her. She made allegations that, she had resisted the conduct, but applicant kept her following. On the day of incident i.e. on

327.15crapln -224/12/2014 at 12.30 p.m., when she was returning to home from college with her friend, present applicant held her hand gave slap and misbehaved with her.

The applicant is behind the bar since 24/12/2014, he must have learn lesson. It is not certain that how much time will be required to dispose of the case and this Court feels that, it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind the bar till disposal of the case.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on furnishing his PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). The applicant shall not commit similar or any other offence, while on bail. He is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

He is not to go in the vicinity of college, where the victim girl is studying and in the vicinity, where she is residing till the disposal of the case.
