1) Heard. In spite of service, none appears for Respondent Nos.1, 5 and 6.

2) Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across the Bar a copy of order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9359/2013 and submitted that the petitioner in the said writ petition has already sought directions against the respondents to the effect that as and when vacancy arises, and additional post of Class-III/IV, is created in Respondent No.5-School, the petitioner therein shall be considered for appointment in Class- IV post, on

compassionate ground, as per his turn.

3) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner's claim for appointment on compassionate ground is also pending. In the circumstances, for the very same reasons, which are assigned by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No. 9359/2013, we direct Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, that as and when vacancy arises or additional Class-III/IV post is created, the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground as per his turn, shall be considered.

4) The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs.
