It seems that time to time the applicant was hospitalized for his diabetic treatment through jail authority. However, he has no any serious ailment that may require regular private attendant. However, it appears that the applicant is the patient of severe diabetes. Therefore, in the circumstances, the trial may be expedited. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application stands dismissed.

(ii) The learned trial Judge, Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna is directed to expedite the trial of Sessions Case No.221 of 2021 preferably within eight (8) months from the receipt of this order.
