Learned counsel Shri. Kuptekar holding for Shri. V.D. Salunke makes a statement that petitioners from two proceedings are dead and petitioners from other four proceedings have informed that the schools are not functioning, so, Writ Petition Nos. 392/2002, 1515/2002, 1521/2002, 2350/2002, 425/2003 and 1054/2003 are to be disposed of. In view of this statement, the aforesaid petitions are disposed of. 2.

Other matters are to be listed on 3.7.2017.
