ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties. By separate order passed by this Court today, the First Appeals are already admitted. The Civil Applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B) on the condition that the applicant deposits the entire amount under the award with interest in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. The claimants would be at liberty to apply for withdrawal of the said amount. If any such civil applications are filed, same would be considered by this Court on its own merit.
