Leave to correct the cause title with regard to the petitioners.

The only grievance made in these petitions is for issuance of tribe certificate in its proper name. The tribe certificate is issued to petitioners as 'Mahadev Koli'. In fact the tribe recognized in the Presidential Order is 'Koli Mahadev'. The petitioners are already issued the tribe certificates of 'Mahadev Koli, however, the spelling is wrongly written in the said certificates.

We have also heard respective learned Assistant Government Pleaders for respondents/State.

In view of the above, we pass following order. 6.

The Sub Divisional Officer/respondent No. 2 shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioners as 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe, expeditiously.
