The learned Senior Advocate for respondent No.5 raised a preliminary objection that the order impugned in the present petition can be challenged by filing a revision under Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, before the Government. 2.

The learned advocate for petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file revision. Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

In the revision, while considering the delay, time spent by the petitioner in prosecuting the present petition be taken into consideration.
