Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner.

The submission of learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner is, due to an inadvertence, the office objections could not be removed

989.20ca (2) within a stipulated period and the same resulted in refusal of the registration of the contempt petition. It is further submitted before this Court the applicant/petitioner is approaching this Court against the inaction of the respondents in complying the order of this Court. It is also submitted before this Court that if time is granted by this Court, the office objection could be removed expeditiously. 3.

In view of the submissions of learned Counsel for the applicant/ petitioner and for the reasons stated in the application, the present civil application is allowed. The contempt petition be restored to its file, subject to removal of office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
