1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application that till succession dispute is decided by the Competent Civil Court, the petitioner be permitted to run the CL-III shop. 2] Learned AGP appears for respondent nos.1 and 2.

3] It appears that dispute exists between the petitioner and her son. Be that as it may, if the application filed by the petitioner dated 05.01.2022 is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the said application, on its own merits, in accordance with law and
