PER COURT :- The appellants and respondents No.1 to 3 are present with their respective advocates to record compromise.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants are withdrawing the appeal as against respondent No.5 Govind Laxman Kore. Parties present are identified by their respective advocates. They admit their respective signatures/thumb impressions and further state that the contents of the consent terms are recorded truly & correctly as per the settlement reached between them. The terms of compromise are also signed by the Advocates representing respective parties. Parties present state that they have signed the terms of compromise voluntarily and they are not forced and compelled to enter into compromise. The compromise entered between the parties appears to be voluntary. The terms of compromise is marked as 'X' collectively for identification. The appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise reached between the appellant and respondent Nos.1 to 3.
The appeal stands dismissed as against respondent No.5. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
