The petitioners are aggrieved that their proposal dated 1.4.2021, forwarded by the in-charge Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, to the Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary) Pune, is still pending decision. The learned advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that respondent No.2 may consider the said proposal within a particular time frame and the petitioners, for the present, would be satisfied and this petition can, therefore, be disposed off.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect, respondent No.2 to respond the proposal dated 1.4.2021, received by his office and arrive at a decision, on or before 15.04.2023. Let such decision be communicated to the petitioners within 15 days,

Needless to state, the proposal of the petitioners would be considered on it's own merits.
