1) The application is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The appellant is convicted and sentenced for offence punishable under sections 341, 354A of the Indian Penal Code and maximum sentence of rigorous imprisonment of one year is given. Learned counsel for the appellant made statement that the entire fine amount has been deposited. The trial Court has suspended the substantive sentence.

2 Application 333/2015 2) In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15,000/-.
