Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed proposal for grant of recognition to start the Ashram School. The said proposal is filed

2 W.P.No.2333/17 pursuant to the advertisement dated 28.9.2015, however, no decision is communicated to the petitioner on the said proposal.

We have heard learned Additional Government Pleader.

On 21.2.2017, notice was issued and the learned Additional Government Pleader waived notice for the Respondents. Thereafter we have adjourned the matter on 7.3.2017 at the request of learned Additional Government Pleader. Learned Additional Government Pleader states that the instructions are not yet received.

In case the proposal of the petitioner is pending with the Respondents seeking recognition to the Ashram School run by the petitioner institution then the same shall be decided by the competent authority expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months and the decision be communicated to the petitioner as per procedure.
