The petitioner is a minor. Her claim dated 17.2.2022, of belonging to Thakur S.T., is pending validation with the competent committee.

The learned A.G.P. submits, on instructions, that the settled procedure would be followed. The petitioner submits that she would need a validity certificate in June, 2023, as she would be appearing for the examination to seek admission to any professional course. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect, that the committee would deliver it's verdict, on or before 31.05.2023. 4.
