The proceeding is filed for condonation of delay of 767 days caused in filing the application for restoration. The main proceeding bearing Criminal Writ Petition No. 326 of 2006 was dismissed. In view of the order made by this Court on 14.11.2011 time of two weeks was given by this Court for carrying out amendment in the proceeding, but the amendment was not carried out. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that amendment will be carried out if the permission is now given.

In view of this circumstance, the prayer for

Cri. Appln. No. 415/14 condonation of delay is allowed and the matter is also restored to its original file. The application is disposed of. If the amendment is not carried out on or before 29.6.2015, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically again without back reference to the Court.
