The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.

The crime is registered on the basis of report by widow of the deceased. Present applicant had given advance amount of Rs.25,000/- to one Sakharam and deceased Gajanan had acted as mediator in that transaction. Sakharam was expected to work on bricks kiln of applicants. He did not turn up. Present applicants then demanded amount from the deceased. As the applicants were insisting deceased to return the amount, deceased committed suicide by setting himself to fire. He gave

The submissions made show that the applicants are behind the bar since 15/12/2014. Considering the nature of dispute and aforesaid circumstances, it is not certain that how much time will be required to dispose of the case and this Court feels that, it is not desirable to keep the applicants behind the bar till disposal of the case.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicants are to be released on bail on furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) by each of the applicantsaccused. The applicants shall not commit similar or any other offence, while on bail. The applicants are not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
