The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a Revision before the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad against the impugned order dated 16th November, 2012 passed by the District Supply Officer, Osmanabad.

In view of the above, leave granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to prefer Revision before the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad, and if such Revision is preferred within two weeks from today, the learned Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad shall consider the time spent in pursuing this Writ Petition while determining the question of limitation.
