The learned counsel for appellant filed five civil applications in L.P.As. for permission to publish the process as against respondent No. 13 - Sau. Leelabai Radheshyarn Somani, who was one of the petitioner in writ petitions and in whose favour the relief is granted by the learned Single Judge. Service report shows that she was not found on the given address. In view of this circumstance and as the applications are supported by the affidavits, this Court holds that relief needs to be granted.

All the five applications in L.P.As. are allowed. Separate numbers are to be given to the applications and they are to be shown as disposed of. The period of atleast 30 days is to be given to the said respondent for her appearance in the said proceedings and that care needs to be taken by the party itself while publishing notice of the process. Hamdast is allowed. The name of the newspaper is given as 'Dainik Lokshahi' and statement is made that it is the place of resident of this respondent. Stand over to 1.3.2019.
