It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that the legal heirs of respondent No.6, who is no more, are already on record. By this purshis the appellants seeks leave to delete the name of deceased respondent No.6.

In view of the above submission, leave to delete the name of respondent No.6 from the array of respondents is granted. Necessary amendment and correction be carried out in the appeal memo of first appeal No. 190 of 2006 as well as in the judgment and award dated 6.6.2016 passed by this Court in the said first appeal. Purshis is disposed of.
