Mr.Gadhe, learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 is pending with the Respondent No.3 since October 2016, however, no decision has been taken upon it.

Ms.Kshirsagar, learned counsel submits that in case the said

proposal is pending, the Respondent No.3 would decide the same on its own merits.

In case the proposal (Exh.G) is pending with the Respondent No.3 then Respondent No.3 shall take decision on it on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months. 8.
