The Scrutiny Committee has refused to undertake scrutiny of the caste certificate of the petitioner on the ground that it is in form "B" instead of Form "C".

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to surrender original caste certificate to the respondent No. 4/The Sub Divisional Officer, Kandhar, Dist. Nanded and directing the respondent No. 4 to issue the caste certificate in Form "C" as early as possible and in any event, within a period of four weeks from today. [ S.G.
