The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court again in case of need at an appropriate stage, when it was brought to the notice of the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the only prayer in the petition is on the ground that the directions issued by the Collector are not being obeyed by the Tahsildar, without such disobedience has not been brought to the notice of the Forum.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
