In the first appeal No. 5121 of 2017, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant will deposit an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- within six weeks in this Court. Learned counsel further submits that he would furnish fresh address of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 within one week from today. Upon furnishing fresh address of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, issue notices to the said respondents, returnable on 28.02.2025.

In so far civil application No. 647 of 2025 is concerned, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has deposited an Rs.2,00,000/- in the Tribunal at Parbhani. On deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- in this court, as undertake above, there shall be adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application therefore, allowed and disposed of.
