Mr. Sonavane, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has challenged the order of remand. After remand the Tahsildar has decided the matter again. The petitioner has challenged the said order by filing Civil Suit in the said Civil Suit, Exhibit - 5 of the present petitioner has been allowed and the respondent has filed appeal against the same.

The present writ petition only assails the order of remand passed by the Revisional

2 wp 1215.17 Authority. As the proceedings after the remand are already decided, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
