The present petition has been filed for following relief. (A) Issue writ of Mandamus and or appropriate Writ or order in the like nature thereby direct the Respondent Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Dhule to decide tribe claim of petitioner within stipulated period i.e. within two months. 2.

The petition can be disposed of. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for sole respondent.

Taking into consideration the record it appears that, the

2 908-wp 1115-2024.odt application was made by the petitioner on 23.11.2023 for validity certificate. In view of the fact that, he is a student and appeared for JEE pre-exam, he would be in need of the validity certificate. 4.

The respondent is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (06) months from today.

The learned A.G.P. to communicate this order to respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of.
