Heard Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the consolidation scheme has been revised. The petitioner has filed an application to correct the revenue record as per the correction made by respondent no.3 in the scheme. The Sub Divisional Officer under the communication dated 08.02.2021 directed the office of the Tahsildar to pass necessary orders after hearing the parties. The same is not yet decided. 2.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents / State.

In case the application of the petitioner for correction of the revenue record is pending with respondent no.5, the respondent no.5 shall take decision upon it in accordance with law by following the procedure and hearing all parties concerned, preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
