Today the learned counsels for both sides filed joint settlement pursis on behalf of the appellant and respondent. As per the direction given by this Court, Registrar [Judicial] has verified that the signatories to the pursis admit the settlement. The parties have prayed for decree in terms of the settlement.

Statement is made that settlement includes the suit property and no other properties are included in the settlement document. So, the Appeal is admitted in terms of the settlement. The Judgments and Decrees of both the Courts are modified and new decree is to be prepared in terms of the settlement.
