P.C. :- This is an application for intervention and for directing the respondent No.5 University to permit the applicants to pursue their Engineering Courses with the Respondent No.1 College. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

This application is by ten students. The learned counsel

{2} CA 553.22.odt for the University submitted that the students of the petitioner college are already transferred in two different colleges. They have submitted their examination forms from six colleges as per their choice. The practical examinations of these students was conducted from 23.6.2022 to 5.7.2022. The theory examinations have started from 12.7.2022 and will conclude by 25.7.2022. It is pointed that the first semester is also over in the colleges where the students have been transferred and presently examinations for the second semester is under way.

Considering these circumstances, we are unable to acceed to the request made by the applicants.
