Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 98 days condoned in filing first appeal. Original respondent No.2-Insurance Company intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned tribunal. The learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2 has strong objection on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained.
