This is an application whereby the Applicants seek substitution as legal representatives in place of the original petitioner. During the pendency of the Writ Petition, on 13.10.2024, the Original Petitioner expired. The copy of the death certificate is annexed. The details of the Applicants are stated in the application and considering the contents thereof, we are inclined to allow this application.
