The matter was on the board on 16.01.2019. We had asked the learned A.G.P. to take instructions as to why revision filed by the petitioner in the year 2009 is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the file of the petitioner is not traceable and it has been informed that probably in the fire that had taken place at Mantralaya the documents must have been destroyed.

In that event, the petitioner and the respondent No. 1 may reconstruct the file and place it before the Authority. After reconstruction of the file the respondent No. 1 shall decide the revision on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within six months of reconstruction.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
