These matters were heard for some time. The learned Advocates for the Petitioners sought a pass over to take instructions. 2.

On instructions, they submit that the Petitioners desire to withdraw these Petitions. In future, if there is any advertisement for recruitment through the Pavitra Portal, they would compete with all other candidates and if there is any legal impediment, they may choose to assail the same by taking appropriate remedy, as is permissible in Law.

Considering the above statement and with the said liberty, these Petitions are disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. 4.

Needless to state, all contentions of the parties are kept open.
