This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for quashing of FIR No.52 of 2020 dated 19th February, 2020, registered with Peth Beed Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 466, 468, 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1960 and the consequential charge-sheet filed in R.C.C. No.475 of 2020, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Beed.

APPLN.132.2021.odt During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the parties submitted that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. Affidavit dated 29th March, 2023 to that effect is filed by the informant. The affidavit is taken on record. The informant gives express consent to allow this application.
