The Respondent No.2 Competent Authority / Sub Divisional Magistrate, Degloor may kindly be directed to decide application for Tribe Certificate dated 10.01.2023 filed by the petitioner at the earliest.

The Respondent No.2 Competent Authority / Sub Divisional Magistrate, Degloor may kindly be directed to issue Tribe Certificate of "Koli Malhar-30" to petitioners." 2.

The learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 and upon instruction submits that the application for tribe certificate filed by the petitioners would be decided by respondent no.2 within a period of two months.
