PER COURT :- 1.

Claim of the petitioners is that, inspite of there being award on 14th August, 2015, till this date the compensation is not released to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for respondent no.7 submits that, already a demand is made before the District Planning and Development Committee and as soon as the funds have been received, compensation shall be released to the petitioners. 3.

Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, which is accepted as an undertaking to this Court, we expect respondent no.7 to aaa/-

wp 1450.18.odt release the amount of compensation with accrued interest thereof, in any case, by 31st October, 2023.

In view of aforesaid statement and undertaking, the petition stands disposed off.
